Who is responsible?
NO LUBIDA is a sole proprietorship, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42189570, and is responsible for the processing described here. Contact us with questions or privacy requests at info@nolubida.com.
What data do we use?
The contact form requires your name, email address and message so we can answer your enquiry. You may also provide your organisation, budget, preferred delivery date or workshop details, such as a discipline, age group, group size, dates and location. These extra details are optional. Only share information needed to discuss your request; avoid sensitive personal data or lists of individual participants.
You are not legally required to complete the form. Without its required fields, the form cannot send an enquiry. You can also email us directly. The website receives technical connection data, such as your IP address, requested pages, time of access and browser information, to serve and protect the website.
Why do we use this data?
We use enquiries to answer questions, discuss a quotation or collaboration and, when agreed, carry out an assignment. For steps you request before entering into a contract, and for performing a contract with you, we rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For general questions, contact with representatives of organisations, and website security, we rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f): responding to incoming requests, maintaining the necessary business contact and preventing misuse. We limit the data used to what these purposes require.
An expression of interest in our software is a contact enquiry, not an automatic newsletter subscription or a guarantee of access. The website does not use your enquiry to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you. It does use technical validation and spam checks.
Contact form and email
When you select Send enquiry, your entries are sent to our web server, checked and emailed to info@nolubida.com. Yourname provides both our hosting and our email service. Your email address is the reply address. There is no separate database of message contents in the form. If sending cannot be confirmed, your text remains on the page and you can choose the manual email option.
How long do we keep data?
Enquiries that do not become an assignment are kept for up to 6 months after the related contact has been concluded. We then delete the related correspondence from our active mailbox and any working copies. If an enquiry becomes an assignment, we retain the information needed for that assignment and the associated administration for as long as the contract or applicable legal obligations require. Where specific information is needed for a dispute, we keep only that information for as long as resolving the dispute requires. The legal basis for necessary statutory administration is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
To prevent spam and duplicate sending, the form uses a coded network identifier, request fingerprints and a sending reference. These contain no stored name, email address or message text. Technical request records older than 24 hours are cleaned up when new enquiries are processed. If no new enquiry arrives, the records remain until the next cleanup. This technical period does not apply to emails in our mailbox.
Server logs and recovery copies have a separate purpose: technical administration, security and recovery after an incident. They are not used for following up old enquiries. Deleted messages may remain in recovery copies until those copies expire under the hosting backup schedule. You can ask us for information about the applicable log and backup arrangements.
Service providers and sharing
Yourname processes data for hosting, technical delivery and email. Its processing terms allow it to use subprocessors and describe safeguards for any transfers outside the European Economic Area. See the Yourname terms and privacy statement. We do not send your form entries to YouTube or Vimeo. If we are legally required to provide specific information to an authority, we provide only what is required.
Videos, cookies and measurement
Images, thumbnails and fonts load from this website. External video players are not loaded automatically. When you select a YouTube or Vimeo film, you visit that platform. It may then process connection data and use its own cookies, including processing outside the EEA. Read the Google/YouTube privacy policy or the Vimeo.
The public website adds no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The form and language links add no visitor cookie, and form entries are not kept in browser storage. Hosting logs are separate from tracking visitors through advertising cookies.
Security and website administration
The website connection uses HTTPS. The administration area requires an owner login and keeps non-public configuration and drafts outside the public website directory. These measures restrict access to unpublished information.
The administration area uses the necessary session cookie nolubida_admin, restricted to /admin. It is used for signing the owner in, not for tracking public visitors. Owner account details, drafts, uploads and publication backups are stored on the hosting server. Media published on the website are public; unpublished uploads require an authenticated owner session.
Your privacy rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where the GDPR provides for it, you can also request a transferable copy of your data. If a separate processing activity is based on your consent, you can withdraw that consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Send your request to info@nolubida.com. We respond within one month. If a permitted extension is needed because of complexity or the number of requests, we explain this within that month. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request concerns your own data, without asking for more than necessary. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Changes
We update this statement when our processing changes. The date at the top identifies this version. Contact us if any part is unclear or if you would like more information about your data.
