NOLUBIDA is an innovative platform where multimedia facets explore the infinite
within the art, theatre and film spectrum with an educative and social perspective.

BOULE ME
is a site- specific physical theatre play about bullying.
Lotus is a 22, soft spoken, mysterious individual who dresses in a burka like outfit as a fashion statement. He accompanies the two happy sisters, Målin and Lena, to a boule game evening. They’re looking forward to this evening and hope to meet friends and make new ones.
Lotus’ presence awakens an immense impact among certain boule players and an unavoidable tragic confrontation escalates where Lotus becomes the victim of a violent outburst.

Lotus represents what we don’t understand and often too ignorant to explore. Lotus is an image, an installation which interacts simultaneously with its surrounding. BOULE ME reminds us of intolerance, ignorance and violence due to our own fears and insecurities. Our society is unhappy, socially/politically dissatisfied and therefore attacking or bullying can be experienced as a relief or satisfaction but for the victim it inflicts a scar for life. BOULE ME explores the human journey by analyzing its own faults. Friends/families/ acquaintances view each others' behaviour and ideologies, take them into account and decide about the purpose of the interaction.

BOULE ME appeared around various public spaces for a month, including IKEA & the Gay Pride Parade,and premiered on September 1,2007 at the outdoors Boule Hall, Boule & Berså in Stockholm.
